Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Appointments booked with a deposit will have cancellation fees applied to the deposit first; any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. If you have an emergency or exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding and courtesy.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: no fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: 50% of the service total will be charged.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): 100% of the service total will be charged.
